Order Schedule
Tuesday - Normal Ordering
Wednesday - Adobe CLP Ordering
Thursday - Normal Ordering
The above ordering schedule is designed to maximize the savings for our customers. Each vendor has a range for ordering with reduced or free shipping. This schedule should maximize the chance of receiving free shipping for customers.
Normal orders are all orders that are not Adobe CLP related. This includes special orders.
Special Orders
If you would like to request a special order, we ask that you provide us with the following information:
- The best price that you have found for the software.
- A link to the location/vendor where you found the software pricing.
If we are able to save you at least 10%, the Computer Store can order the item for you. If we cannot save you at least 10%, we recommend that you purchase it for the price you found.
All special orders will also include a 5% Computer Store handling fee (Minimum fee of $15) and possibly shipping. This fee applies to both department and personal purchases. Departments will also be charged a the handling fee for items ordered through vendors who also accept orders through the university purchasing system (banner).
Requests for printer, monitors, and other large items may be sent directly to our vendors whose contact information is located HERE, or through any alternate source you choose.
A special order is defined as any hardware item we do not normally carry in the store, or is not included in our catalog.
Software Purchases
If you would like to order a boxed version of a specific software application, we ask that you provide us with the following information:
- The best price that you have found for the software.
- A link to the location/vendor where you found the software pricing. (We recommend checking journeyed.com).
If we are able to save you at least 10%, the Computer Store can order the software for you. If we cannot save you at least 10%, we recommend that you purchase it for the price you found.
Payroll Deduction
The Computer Store is no longer offering the payroll deduction service.
